Windsurfing POV on San Francisco Bay

The San Francisco Bay Area offers an incredible diversity of windy conditions all summer long. Often when inland temperatures are hot (90s+) and coastal temps are cool (60s), there is a good chance the wind will blow somewhere on the Bay. One particular location is close to the North Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. When tide, wind direction and air temperatures align just right, this place is magical for shortboarding. And with amazing views from the water, San Francisco is arguably the most scenic sailing city in the world.

The Piper PA-18 Super Cub is a two-seat, single-engine monoplane. Introduced in 1949 by Piper Aircraft. Super Cubs are commonly found in roles such as bush flying, banner and glider towing.

GoPro 3D: Skiing & Snowboarding in Mammoth

3d-mammothShot 100% on the 3D HERO® System from GoPro®. Matt Cook, Charles Evans, Abe Kislevitz and friends from the USC Ski & Snowboard Team shred the slopes of spring-time Mammoth Mountain with GoPro’s 3D Hero System.

The GoPro 3D HERO System allows you to combine two 1080p HD HERO cameras into a single housing to record 3D video and photos while simultaneously recording in 2D. A synchronization cable plugs into the rear HERO Port on both cameras to join them together, enabling both cameras to record video and photos in perfect synchronization. This is a requirement for professional quality 3D and is available only from GoPro.

Note: You need 3D glasses to fully enjoy this video.

Tom Runcie Freeskiing World Tour Competition

This camera was a perfect choice for Tom to capture the action from his unique point of view.  He went where no normal cameraman would dare go.  This footage has a “pucker” factor of 10!
